Return Process: To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for any products unless they are damaged, defective, or not as described. Travel products that are used or opened (such as personal care items) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
